Glorious gPBT Voltage: A Review

These keycaps were provided for free by Glorious for review. They had no say in my review in any way and did not see this review before going live. This is 100% my honest feedback.

Ah, another month brings another Glorious KeyCapsule release. This month we actually have something new, in that there are three different "colorways" that are being released alongside their new GMMK 3 configurator. The different colorways are named Voltage, Pixel Punk, and a third set I don't actually know the name of right now.

For my review, I was sent Voltage, as it was described as green, and I thought it would be beat to own a colorway I don't currently have.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't really call these "bright green". There are a few keys that are neon in their color, but they are few, and they don't match the picture I get in my head when hearing bright green.

For this set in particular, I'm disappointed in the colorway. It falls more into the realm of black on white, with some neon-colored novelties and accent keys, which to my eye were more yellow than "bright green".

I'm not going to rehash my thoughts on the overall kitting, the price point, or comparisons to other manufactures as my opinion has not changed from the last set I was sent for review (and to be honest, I was not expecting the kitting to change that quick, if at all, so I'm not really holding that against anything in this review). My overall thoughts are almost the same as the gPBT Kabuto keycaps I was sent before, which you can read here.

At least this time I remembered to take photos.
