NovelKeys

I love buying from here. Their Discord is very good at keeping people up to date on groupbuy statuses, and in stock orders ship out quite quickly most of the time. I have bought from them several times and each one was a good experience.

OmniType

Like the above, they do a pretty damn good job of keeping people updated on group buy statuses and also ship out in stock orders extremely quickly. I have also bought from them several times and each one was a good experience.

KeebsForAll

Unlike the above two, they are very hit or miss on how quickly they ship things out. I have had things sit in the Label Created status for over a week several times before the status changed. While some of that blame lies with USPS (especially with the hub that KFA ships from), that's still fairly inexcusable. They have also been known to ship group buy orders slowly than other vendors for the same item. Their Marketplace is quite nice, however, if you are looking to buy something secondhand with them handling payments so that you don't get scammed.

Since the initial writing of this page, KFA has announced on their Discord that they are going to be using a different USPS office and are now offering UPS as a shipping option. They have also stated they will be doing drop offs daily so things should have tracking and ship out same or next day. Only time will tell if this changes things, but for now I am leaving my initial feedback up on my experience with their shipping times.

2024/08/16 Update:
As of this point, I can no longer recommend KFA at all. Over the last few months, I've heard nothing but horror stories, lost packages, slow and unhelpful support, refusing refunds, and other things of that nature. I personally always had issues with their shipping speed and I even had a lost package that randomly showed up several weeks later. With all of that in mind, you would be better off purchasing elsewhere, and if they are the only US Proxy for a board, try to buy right from the original manufacturer - you will probably get it quicker that way.

Divinikey

Not much to say here, I've only bought a few items from them, but each order was shipped quick and their customer support was very responsive when I had questions over an order that I had made. Will likely buy from them again in the future.

CannonKeys

I've purchased very little from them, but each order was quickly shipped. I've not bought into group buys they have run yet, but the experience with in stock items was good. Not much more to say on this one for now.

Drop

Drop has been very hit or miss for me. In stock items ship out quite quickly, but group buy updates are few and far between and communication on them is iffy at best. Generally they are safe to buy from, as they tend to allow you to cancel an order (even group buy orders) per their policy. Please note that since this post was initially created Drop has been acquired by Corsair - time will tell if that leads to any changes in how they operate.

Kinetic Labs

I admittedly have purchased quite a bit from KL, mostly in the form of lubes/brushes/storage containers. They ship out in stock items extremely quickly and are my go to for buying storage containers for switches and keycaps.

Dispatch Cables

I have only purchased two cables from Dispatch, but both were of extremely high quality and both arrived within the estimated 8 week window (shipping from Canada). Geo is fairly actively on Discord and responds to support emails very quickly from my experience.

Mode Designs

I've only purchased boards from Mode Designs (Mode65 and Mode Envoy). Their communication is top notch, with monthly updates coming out via their YouTube channel on the status of current projects. I would recommend them as of the last update, especially as they start moving past boards into in stock items (Sonnet, Envoy).

Qwertykeys

Qwertykeys has been on the rise as a vendor of affordable but very high quality keyboards. They are very good about updating fulfillment progress and keeping people updated on the progress of things. At the time that I added QK to this list, I've purchased two boards from them - the Neo70 and the Neo Ergo, both of which arrived within the expected timeframe and without any issues.
