Site Changes & The Future

It's been a minute since I've gotten a proper review out, and a large part of that is all the work I have been doing behind the scenes, such as building out this site, changing up the review system and determining a future for how I want to do content.

I've always been back and forth on streaming - generally I can't find the time to commit to streaming builds each week. I don't generally get on my computer after work most days, or have the time after work to do 2 to 3 hour streams for builds.

So, I've decided that I am going to focus more on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok and throw in the occasional Twitch stream when I can or have a build I am really excited to share.

With this change also comes a change in how you can support the channel and reviews. Previously, Twitch was the main way to offer monetary support via subscribing or donating bits, but as I am moving off of that, I've decided to start a Patreon, where I can also offer additional benefits, including here on the site. You can find the site specific benefits on the support page. You can link your Patreon to the site via your site user profile (requires an account) and then sync to Patreon if it doesn't update automatically.

Patreon itself will have benefits, broken down on the Patreon page, namely behind the scenes content, Q&As, and the occasional Patreon livestream. You will also get a role on the Discord, assuming you are in the server.

The Patreon is still being updated, and is empty right now, but I plan to change that up this weekend and get some stuff on there. I want to be clear that all reviews and blog posts will be on this site, but behind the scenes, Q&A, and things like that will be over on Patreon where it makes more sense to host those.
