The Community Forum is Live!

Discord, as a platform, was inherently designed as a voice and chat platform for gamers that has since grown in to so much more. In an age where forums and wikis are disappearing in moves to a platform very much not designed for it, making it nearly impossible to search and have good conversations, I wanted to create a place where people could come together and talk about all things brick building.

Not to mention, this whole age-verification nonsense that is upcoming.

The Forum

So, I built out a miniature forum here on the site. It's entirely free to join and comment, there are just some initial restrictions for posting depending on if free or a tier of Patreon subscriber to help support the site and reviews.

My whole goal with the forum is to create a welcoming and friendly place for people to talk LEGO, MEGA BLOKs, Brickcraft and whatever other brick building toy might be out there, as well as a place to talk about other hobbies and such that might be of interest.

The Future of the Discord Server

I don't plan to "destroy" the Discord server, but it will likely become nothing more than a place where pings are sent out for new reviews, blog posts and YouTube uploads and the actual social aspects will, ideally, move over to the forum.

I do hope to see you all there - the forum is live now.

More reviews are on the way - I have been so caught up in building out the site that I've been pushing back reviews...but I am working on them, and hope to start ramping that content up soon!
