Comments and Forum Update: Custom Badges + Glowing Name

I've got a small update for the site today!

Glowing Names
Glowing names, like what you see on my profile, have been implemented as a little "feature" for certain roles (more information to be added to Patreon tiers to show which roles can access this) as well as long time members of the community. This allows you to change the glowing effect on your name to whichever color you would like.

Custom Role Badges
I also added a new feature for custom forum roles. These are roles that are separate from the support tiers and do not grant any additional functionality to the site, other than showing a badge under your name for the different role(s). As of now, I have added the following:

• Artist: granted to those who have done commissioned work for the site/channel (e.g. banner, logo)
• Contributor: granted to those members who have been long time contributors to the channel, either on the site via comments/forum usage or from when the Twitch channel was more active/Discord was more in use.
• Yoshi: a fun "thank you" badge for those long term members that I am so grateful to for their long time support and friendship. This is more of a personal thank you badge.
