Forum Update: Live Updating Threads & Posts

I've pushed a recent update into the forum that will now automatically update when someone makes a reply to a post and immediately show their post (if approval not required and/or once the reply is approved).

Similarly, if you are writing a reply and someone posts, you will get a little blue popup informing you of this that will update the replies when you click it.

Finally, this same logic now works if you are within a board index and a reply is posted or a new thread is posted.
